Shopping online in Canada

Two words: Lame

Well.. the first word is of the four letter variety with a resoundind "ing" at the end.  It does feel as if the situation is getting better though.

It seems that online retailers come and go, but there are a few out there that have been around for a respectable while.  I won't name them here or make any recommendations, but I will let you in on some excellent sites that can help you into your nasty foray into Canadian online shopping.

In order of accurate search results (which I find to be my number one requirement), here are some price comparison sites that I have stumbled upon over the last few years.

http://pricecanada.com
http://shopbot.ca

This one takes a different approach, and I find harder to use since the sorting feels non-sensical on the surface:

There you are, a place to start looking for the best deals that matter to you.  Some sites out there do price matching, even on advertised internet deals.  Shipping and reputation then become the only unknown factors.  Do some research on http://resellerratings.com regarding reputation and you should find the best deals out there.

You can thank me later =)
